Public Waitlist & Progress

This waitlist automatically updates when a client secures a slot via payment. Track WIP progress live across 3 production phases below!

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service! Failure to follow said TOS will result in a block & you will no longer be able to commission me for future projects.

Payments
  • Payments are accepted via PayPal, SWIFT, or International Bank Transfer.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure a project slot. Work will not begin until this is received.
  • All payments are final. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Chargebacks/disputes are not allowed. If a chargeback occurs, all rights to the work are revoked.
Revisions
  • The commission includes a maximum of 2 rounds of revisions.
  • Minor revisions (e.g. text timing, small adjustments) are free.
  • Major revisions (e.g. scene restructuring, new typography, re-compositions) are subject to an additional fee of +50% or more, depending on complexity.
Deadlines & Delays
  • Standard delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
  • Deadlines may be adjusted if the client delays in providing assets, approvals, or payments, or if technical issues arise (render crashes, software/hardware failure).
  • I am not responsible for delays, platform issues (e.g. YouTube takedowns), or damages resulting from usage outside the agreed scope.
Rights & Usage
  • Unless otherwise specified in writing, I retain copyright over all commissioned works.
  • Clients are granted a license to use the commissioned video for its intended purpose (e.g. YouTube, streaming).
  • Commercial use (e.g. company projects, monetization, ads, branding, merchandise) requires an additional +100% commercial fee.
  • Credit is required wherever the work is used — please credit as: @yujinyb (X/Twitter). Failure to credit may result in a penalty fee of +$100.
  • By default, I may include commissioned works in my portfolio, social media, or promotional use.
  • If you require a strict NDA, this must be agreed upon in advance and may include an additional fee.
Client Responsibility
  • The client guarantees that all provided assets (music, illustrations, logos, etc.) are properly licensed and free to use.
  • I am not liable for copyright disputes caused by client-provided materials.
Termination
  • If the client cancels after work has begun, there is no refund of the deposit, and additional charges may apply based on progress made.
  • If I cancel the project, a full refund will be issued.
